Amboseli National Park Day Trip with Optional Maasai Village Visit

Start with an early pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence or airport, then begin the drive south towards Amboseli National Park. Your guide will brief you on the day’s plan as you travel through Kenya’s countryside towards one of the country’s most famous safari parks.

Arrive at Amboseli National Park and enjoy a guided game drive across open plains, marshlands and wildlife-viewing routes. Amboseli is especially famous for its large elephant herds and for views of Mount Kilimanjaro on clear days.

Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, wildebeest, antelope, hyenas, lions and many bird species while your guide shares insights into the park's ecosystem and wildlife.

Take a lunch break during the day at a suitable restaurant or lodge area depending on timing and routing. Meals and drinks must be paid for directly unless stated otherwise in your selected option.

If time allows, an optional visit to a Maasai village can be arranged for guests wishing to learn about local traditions, homestead life, beadwork, dances and the community's connection to the Amboseli region. Any village fees are payable directly unless included in your chosen option.

After the safari experience, begin the return journey to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or preferred central collection point in the evening, depending on traffic and routing.
