Start with an early pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence or airport area, then set off south towards Amboseli National Park. Your guide will brief you on the day’s plan as you travel through Kenya’s countryside towards one of the country’s most famous safari parks.
Arrive at Amboseli National Park and enjoy a guided game drive across open plains, marshlands and established wildlife-viewing routes. Amboseli is especially renowned for its large elephant herds and for clear-day views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Look out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, wildebeest, antelope, hyenas, lions and many bird species while your guide explains the park's ecosystem and wildlife.
Take a lunch break during the day at a suitable restaurant or lodge area depending on timing and routing. Meals and drinks are payable directly unless stated otherwise in your selected option.
If time allows, we can arrange an optional visit to a Maasai village for guests interested in learning about local traditions, homestead life, beadwork, dances and the community's connection to the Amboseli region. Any village fees are paid directly unless included in your chosen option.
After the safari experience, begin the return journey to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at your hotel, guesthouse, or preferred central pickup point in the evening, depending on traffic and routing.
