Summer at its most generous
January is high summer in Kenya: long golden days, dependable sunshine and the kind of dry heat that makes dawn game drives crisp and afternoons poolside-perfect. The first week carries festive-season crowds and prices; by mid-month the parks quieten while the weather holds.
