Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage & Giraffe Centre Day Tour

Your driver-guide will pick you up from your confirmed hotel or pickup location. Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and wait at the hotel lobby or main entrance. After pickup, you will begin the drive to the first activity location.

Start your day with an early pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or airport area, then travel to Nairobi National Park for a guided game drive. This park presents a rare chance to see wildlife such as lions, rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and a rich variety of birds just minutes from the city.

Your guide will drive you along key wildlife‑viewing routes, sharing insights into the park’s animals, its conservation history and the unique sight of Nairobi’s skyline.

Continue to the elephant orphanage for an educational visit focused on rescued baby elephants. Learn how young elephants are cared for, rehabilitated and prepared for a future return to the wild.

Visit the bead factory to learn how handmade beads and local crafts are created. You will have time to see the production process, meet the artisans, and browse the handmade items available at the workshop.

After the elephant orphanage visit, take a relaxed lunch break at a local restaurant. This gives you time to refresh before continuing with the afternoon visit to the Giraffe Centre. Meals and drinks are paid directly unless stated otherwise in your selected option.

Visit the Giraffe Centre, home to endangered Rothschild’s giraffes. Enjoy a close-up viewing experience from the raised platform and learn about giraffe conservation before returning to your hotel or preferred drop-off point.
