Your journey begins early in the morning with a hotel or airport pick-up in Nairobi. Enjoy a scenic drive through Kenya’s heartland as you make your way toward Amboseli National Park, near the Tanzanian border. Along the way, take in rural villages, local markets and the expansive savannah landscapes.
Arrive at Amboseli around midday, check in to your lodge and enjoy a hot lunch. After a short rest, head out on your first thrilling game drive across the park’s vast plains. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds, often seen beneath the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro. Watch for lions, zebras, giraffes, hyenas, buffalo and over 400 bird species.
As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.
