Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are issued in USDT (Tether) to your original wallet address; applicable network fees are deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you may choose travel credits for the full value, which can be applied to any future booking.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days for card/bank payments, and within 1–3 business days for crypto (after eligibility is confirmed). Travel credits are issued instantly once approved.
